1. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or bulk/reseller purchases.
Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted and shipped. Please review your order carefully before checkout, as we may be unable to cancel or modify orders once they are processed.

2. Prices & Billing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges.
You agree to provide current, accurate billing and shipping information so we can complete your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package collectibles to minimize damage. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or minor packaging wear (small scuffs, shelf wear, or corner rubs on boxes). Major damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos — see our [Return Policy] for details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our [Return Policy].

  • Sealed TCG products must remain factory sealed for returns.

  • Singles (individual trading cards), opened products, and mystery items are final sale.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or we made an error.

5. Product Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe products, but colors and packaging may look slightly different depending on your screen or during production runs. We do not guarantee “mint condition” boxes — minor shelf wear may be present.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, product images, and designs — is the property of Constricted Collectibles or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Constricted Collectibles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost collections, arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
