Shipping Policy – Constricted Collectibles
Processing Time
We ship all orders within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We currently offer flat-rate shipping using trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx):

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary based on location and conditions outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
Packaging & Protection
We pack all collectibles with care. Funko Pops, statues, and fragile items are shipped in appropriately sized boxes with padding to minimize damage.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
If your order is lost or arrives with major damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@constrictedventures.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in more than one package depending on size/weight. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.
Shipping Updates
If there are unexpected delays (carrier issues, weather, etc.), we’ll notify you by email.
