Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 30 days from delivery. Contact us first at support@constrictedventures.com for an RMA before sending anything back.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all inserts/accessories. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Who pays return shipping:

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item) or the item arrived damaged/defective → we’ll provide a prepaid return label or a replacement.

  • Change of mind / not wanted → customer pays return shipping.


Report Damages (7-Day Window)

Please inspect your order on arrival. If something’s damaged, defective, or missing: email support@constrictedventures.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We’ll make it right with a replacement, part, or refund.


Category-Specific Rules

Trading Cards & Sealed Product

  • Sealed products (booster boxes, tins, sealed decks) are returnable only if still factory sealed.

  • Opened/altered TCG products & blind/mystery packs are non-returnable.

  • Singles (individual cards) are final sale.

Funko Pops & Box Condition

  • We ship with care, but minor shelf wear (small corner rubs, slight window scuffs) can occur in transit and is not considered damage.

  • Major box damage (crushed corners, tears, punctures) reported within 7 days qualifies for replacement or refund. Item must remain unopened for a return.

Bags, Apparel, & Accessories

  • Must be unused, with tags, in original packaging.

  • Worn/used items cannot be returned.

Statues/Collectibles

  • Must be unopened and in original packaging. Defects will be handled via replacement/refund after inspection.


Exchanges

Want a different item? The fastest method is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order. We’ll process your refund once the return is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened TCG products, blind/mystery items

  • Individual trading cards (singles)

  • Digital gift cards

  • Clearance/“final sale” items (when marked)


Refunds

We’ll email you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times vary). If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at support@constrictedventures.com.

We’ll provide the correct return address with your RMA approval. Please do not ship returns without an RMA.
